HeatChart Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service
HeatChart ("the Platform") is an analytical and informational service that aggregates publicly available data relating to digital creators and subscription-based platforms. HeatChart provides probabilistic indicators, confidence scores, sentiment analysis, and analytical opinions derived from observed signals and public information.
HeatChart does not verify factual accuracy, identity, authenticity, legality, or intent of any creator, account, or platform.
All scores, indicators, and assessments (including but not limited to FanScore, Trust Score, Risk Signals) are non-factual, non-definitive analytical opinions, not statements of fact.
2. No Guarantees / No Reliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- HeatChart makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
- HeatChart does not guarantee outcomes, safety, value, or legitimacy of any creator or subscription
- You will not rely solely on HeatChart when making financial or purchasing decisions
- HeatChart is not responsible for: financial loss, chargebacks, subscription dissatisfaction, platform enforcement actions, creator conduct, or third-party services or platforms
3. Neutrality & Non-Defamation
HeatChart does not:
- Accuse creators of fraud, scams, impersonation, or wrongdoing
- Label creators as "fake," "illegal," or "deceptive"
All language on the Platform reflects neutral, data-driven analysis. Users agree not to misuse HeatChart data to harass, defame, or target any individual.
4. Creator Profiles & Public Data
Creator profiles are generated using publicly accessible information, including usernames, pricing, metadata, and publicly posted commentary.
HeatChart:
- Does not host adult content
- Does not scrape private or paywalled content
- Does not claim ownership over creator names, likenesses, or intellectual property
5. Creator Claim, Correction & Dispute Process
Creators may:
- Claim ownership of profiles
- Request corrections
- Submit contextual annotations or disputes
HeatChart reserves the right to:
- Annotate rather than remove information
- Retain public data where legally permissible
Abuse of the dispute system may result in denial of future requests.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
HeatChart may earn commissions from outbound links to third-party platforms. Monetization does not influence analytical scores, rankings, or indicators.
7. Third-Party Platforms
HeatChart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OnlyFans, Fansly, LoyalFans, or any creator unless explicitly stated.
8. Arbitration & Limitation of Liability
All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration. You waive any right to class actions.
HeatChart's liability is limited to the greater of: fees paid in the past 12 months, or $100 USD.
