• Publicly posted avatars and profile images sourced from third-party directories
• Pricing information from public sources
• Aggregated public sentiment data

If you believe content on HeatChart infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request.

Submit a DMCA Request

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the material on HeatChart that you claim is infringing, including the URL
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)

Response Time

We review and respond to valid DMCA requests within 7-14 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and phone number
4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court in your district

HeatChart will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA.
