What We Host
HeatChart does not host adult content, videos, or primary media. We display publicly available profile information, including:
- Creator names and handles
- Publicly posted avatars and profile images sourced from third-party directories
- Pricing information from public sources
- Aggregated public sentiment data
If you believe content on HeatChart infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request.
Submit a DMCA Request
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on HeatChart that you claim is infringing, including the URL
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
- A statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law"
- A statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner"
- Your physical or electronic signature
Response Time
We review and respond to valid DMCA requests within 7-14 business days.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
HeatChart will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA.
